Visit the Career Opportunity pages (Teaching and Exempt Staff or Support Staff) on our website and follow the steps to create a profile on Make a Future. Apply directly to the position you are interested in and qualified for using Make a Future before the posting's closing date.
SD20 is paperless with its job application process. Only a completed application package, submitted electronically through www.makeafuture.ca will be accepted. For free computer access to submit an application, please visit your local library or the Trail Skills Centre.

We encourage you to learn more about SD20 by exploring our website. Additionally, you can sign up for the "Job Alert" feature on www.makeafuture.ca to get an email notification when jobs are posted for SD20 so you don't miss out on future job opportunities.
When there is a need to add to our on-call lists, jobs are posted on www.makeafuture.ca.
No! You are eligible to apply for all posted positions on Make a Future for which you are qualified. 
Yes, you will need to apply to each position you are interested in and qualified for separately; however, you do not need to re-create your profile each time on Make a Future if you are applying for jobs within the same job category.
If you are applying for positions in a different job category, you will have to create a new portfolio for each different category. For instance, if you were hired as an Administrative Assistant (CUPE) and would like to apply to an Executive Assistant (Exempt) posting, you will need two separate portfolios.
If you have already set up profiles with other school districts, you can link that profile without having to create a new profile from scratch. On the login page, under 'For Applicants', you can click on 'Link an Existing Account'.
